We conducted a detailed feasibility study for the site to develop a proper strategy, and then provided strategic recommendations that lines with their financial requirements. We also provided our expertise in phasing the project while pricing the different units according to our studies and the best way to increase the sales revenue. We partnered with the esteemed office YBA to revise the floor plans and construction drawings for the project.
